Nargis has leveraged her marketing and sales background to enter the world of real estate. With experience in residential real estate, she is now a driven executive assistant specializing in productivity and organization. Adept in providing optimal support in fast-paced office environments, and able to maintain efficient office flow at all times. She brings forth strong multitasking skills, and a positive attitude seeking to assist at all times.

While working closely with Steve Laursen, Nargis is learning all that she can with hopes of getting her licence soon.

Morgan recently completed an Honours degree in Urban Development at Western University while on scholarship for varsity soccer.  Her studies focused on the nature of urbanism, the processes affecting urban growth, and the methods and techniques used to analyze urban markets and land use.

Morgan was exposed to the world of Real Estate, Investment, Development and Construction at a young age, as her family and close family friends have a hand in the local business. Equipped with her education and local connections, Morgan is excited to return home and have the opportunity to support RLK Commercial and clients in their joint successes. While working primarily with Meghan Cortese, Morgan is also pursuing her Real Estate License offered through the Sauder School of Business.
