Since 2020, Jenna has worked alongside Steve Laursen providing support in all aspects of his business. Jenna presents extensive experience assisting in coordinating the sales of multi-unit industrial strata developments, to large scale land sales and leasing. She excels in effective client coordination, project marketing, research, and commercial marketing strategy that is involved in bringing a property to market through to completion.

Morgan recently completed an Honours degree in Urban Development at Western University while on scholarship for varsity soccer.  Her studies focused on the nature of urbanism, the processes affecting urban growth, and the methods and techniques used to analyze urban markets and land use.

Morgan was exposed to the world of Real Estate, Investment, Development and Construction at a young age, as her family and close family friends have a hand in the local business. Equipped with her education and local connections, Morgan is excited to return home and have the opportunity to support RLK Commercial and clients in their joint successes. While working primarily with Meghan Cortese, Morgan is also pursuing her Real Estate License offered through the Sauder School of Business.
